NHS England, Digitising Social Care - Minimum Operational Data Standard (MODS) Conformance

Access Care Planning is implementing full compliance with the NHS Minimum Operational Data Standard (MODS), a mandatory requirement for all CQC-registered adult social care providers using a Digital Social Care Record system, due by 1 July 2026.

  • All mandatory data fields will be recordable within ACP, covering care actors, demographics, assessments, consent, activities, and audit information.

  • Ready-to-use MODS-compliant form templates available to import directly into your ACP setup.

  • Full audit trail for every required data field, supporting CQC inspection readiness.


Form Submission Archiving & Strikethrough Support

Bulk Form Submission Archiving

Organisations need to archive completed form submissions to clean up their records without losing the data. Mass archiving allows administrators to mark multiple old submissions as archived. Archived forms remain searchable in reports and audits but don't clutter the active form list. Supports compliance record-keeping without manual deletion.

Losing it destroys the audit trail that CQC inspectors expect to see. Rich text support on iOS and Android keeps formatting intact through the full form lifecycle.

  • Meet clinical standards. GMC, NMC, HCPC all require transparent amendments. Removes compliance risk currently in production.
